The first date marked on my works indicates the moment a composition is conceived - the birth of the idea. The second marks its realization in material form.

This particular tapestry features an uncharacteristically gentle forest troll. As summer nears its end, he moves through the woods with a dry branch, urging the animals to prepare for hibernation. He isn’t menacing - rather, a friendly guardian who reminds nature of its rhythms. The vivid, joyful colors highlight his warm connection to the forest.

All of my tapestries are handwoven using only the finest wool and wool blends. This piece took six months of nearly daily work to complete.
